Sub Zero NY Townhouse

This set was for Sub Zero appliances and Weather Shield Windows. We built a NY Townhouse in a small photo studio. The set was produced and designed by Studio B Style. The photographer was Tim Nehotte. This set had a full kitchen, a dining room and a patio. It was too large for the studio, so we built the set in two separate sections. One section was the kitchen, the second was the living room and patio. Tim Nehotte photographed the set and then stitched the two together in Photoshop.

The Weather Shield patio door was 10’ tall and 20’ wide. The door needed a header built from 24’ LVL boards that were suspended from the rafters. The tile for the patio floor and backsplash is all from Jeffrey Court Tile.
